GENTLEMANO.SHOP uses DHL or FedEx delivery service to ship all over the world.

Orders are shipped by PAVO Fashion AG from Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 5:00pm CET Time. Orders placed during weekends will be processed on Monday morning.

Dispatch time depends on the product type and availability, and on the zone of delivery.

The average shipping time for bespoke items is:

For orders shipped outside the Switzerland, prices are VAT-free. Import duties (custom duties and taxes) apply and are to be paid by the Customer only. Import duties are not included in the prices listed above.

According to trade regulation laws, all shipments made by GENTLEMANO.SHOP are accompanied by an official invoice declaring their exact value in Euro

GENTLEMANO.SHOP is not to be held responsible for delays caused by customs operation and controls or any other circumstances beyond the control of PAVO Fashion AG.

Please note that GENTLEMANO.SHOP can ask the Bank or PayPal to verify transactions made by new customers. This verification process may delay the delivery of the order.

When the requested items are already available, orders are dispatched within two working days after the order is placed.

GENTLEMANO.SHOP reserves the right to delay dispatch in case of unforeseen circumstances.

GENTLEMANO.SHOP uses DHL or FedEx delivery service to ship all over the world. Orders can be shipped to the address provided by the Customer.

Two different addresses - the billing address and the shipping address - can be provided.

GENTLEMANO.SHOP does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Once the order is placed and the payment received, we will send you a confirmation e-mail.
